Foundations Workshop

This workshop is for anyone interested in expoloring the foundations of the practice of Yoga. In this Workshop we'll explore the foundational postures you'll expereince in a typical Vinyasa Flow class, how to pracice breathing (Pranayama) in Yoga, and also how to experience meditation and flow. 

All bodies and abilities are welcome!
