Please wear loose comfortable clothing, we recommend socks for energy work as you may feel cold. Please also bring whatever you need to feel comfortable on your yoga mat (blankets, pillow, eye cover).

Reiki Sound Bath

Jewel Remeta is a Reiki Master, yoga instructor and music producer in the Sacramento area. As she was pursuing her degree in piano performance, yoga became a way to supplement the mental toll of a vigorous practice and performance schedule, all while cultivating a deeper connection with the body. Though music has led her through many modalities, she feels that reiki is how she can most effectively hold space for others.  

Julene “Julz” McBride is a Sound Healing facilitator, recording artist, choreographer, and Pilates instructor based out of Long Beach, CA. She comes from a lifelong background in dance and the arts and continues to share her love for music and movement through various forms of healing arts such as; Sound Healing, restorative Pilates and a wide range of dance & creative movement classes.
